The game of online poker uses a standard 52 playing card deck. When you play online poker there are four suits: spades, clubs, diamonds and hearts. In  Party Poker games each player is dealt different number of cards from the deck and it depends on the game you are playing

Texas Holdem hand rankings:

Straight Flush: Five cards in a sequence in the same suit.
Four of a Kind: Any four cards of the same rank.
Full House: Three of a kind and a pair.
Flush: Five cards, in any order, of the same suit.
Straight: Five cards in a sequence, but not in the same suit.
Three of a Kind: Three cards of the same rank and two unmatched cards.
Two Pairs: Two cards of any one rank and two cards of another with an unmatched card.

One Pair: Two cards of any rank and three unmatched cards.
High: Five unmatched cards.
